In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a two-day replacement policy.
To initiate a replacement, please send us an email at support@cocoaheist.com within two days of receiving the damaged product, along with a clear photo of the damaged item attached.
Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund for the damaged item.
